How will you treat YOURSELF tonight? Whether you are single or in a relationship – it’s important to take some time for yourself. I have noticed that when I do look after myself, and pay attention to me – something inside responds, and I start to feel better. ..
So, tonight I plan to treat myself. That is I intend to have a long hot bath with some nice relaxing Lavender Oil and listen to some Dusty Sringfield. I may even paint my toenails afterwards. “To love oneself is the beginning of a life-long romance”
