Here is a date for your diary and something for the weekend.  Why not socialise at a great venue, listen to good music and maybe, just maybe,  dance a little?  You can enjoy music all-day at the same time as supporting a fantastic Leeds-based charity!

Raising funds for Leeds Mind – Feel the Benefit

Saturday 25th January, 2.30 – 11.00 pm, (Yes all-day!)

at The Brudenell Social Club, 33 Queens Road, Hyde Park LS6 1NY.

Suggested donation: £7 on the door.

Feel The Benefit, a local not-from profit benefits promotions organisation, are putting on a benefit show to raise funds for Leeds Mind. They will also be working in line with the Time To Change campaign to raise awareness and challenge stigma facing those who experience mental health problems, by gaining verbal and video pledges from many local bands and having a pledge wall at the event.

Line up:

Deal Or No Deal (Pixies by Post War Glamour Girls/The Spills)

Cows On Parade(All Women, All Queer, All Rage Against The Machine)

The Witch Stripes (The White Stripes by The Witch Hunt)

The Spills
EK
Monster Killed By Laser
Los Pecadores
The Red Pills.

Plus art, poetry, stalls, food and more.

For updates, look for the event “Feel the Benefit Leeds Mind” on Facebook, where you can also nominate yourself for the Open DJ set.

Sounds great!
