Enjoyed the reblog Daniel, it has an interesting very informative link at the end. Rosemary is a particular favourite herb of mine. I can attest to the experience that a massage with rosemary oil as its main ingredient, lifts the spirits.

Thanks for this. When I was diagnosed with an overactive thyroid some years ago I didn’t want to take a heavy duty drug for it and instead went to the school of herbal medicine that used to be in Headingley. It took the best part of the year but eventually the herbal treatment worked & felt much more natural and empowering.
